Management, Procurement Management, Process engineering,
TQM (Total Quality Management) and CI (Continuous Improvement)
etc.

Measurement of Success on the principle that “What
gets done is what is measured”.

TDAP will ensure Transparency and Discipline
in all its activities and recognize merit as the only
basis of adoption of option.

As opposed to fire fighting, every
effort will be made to Institutionalized the core activities
and services of TDAP’s Export Facilitation efforts,
Policies, Regulations, Advisory etc, without loosing flexibility
and responsiveness to sudden challenges and change.
